If you can hear the audio from INSIDE through headphones but not
through your iPhone/iPad speakers, you probably have the mute
button switched on. Unlike many other apps, INSIDE respects the
mute button and the game will be silent through the speakers
even if the volume is turned up to the max.
We would like Family Sharing to work with INSIDE, but it seems
like in-app purchases are actually not on the list of things
that can be shared via
Family Sharing. If Apple change this in the future, we'll make sure that it
also works with INSIDE.
First make sure that mobile data is enabled in 'Settings >
INSIDE'. If it still doesn't work, try rebooting your device
with the "Power off" slider and also check if there are any
pending iOS updates. If there are, please install the update
before trying again.
We've done extensive work to optimize the game, but when porting
a console game to mobile, you will almost certainly have to
choose between full resolution and lots of stutters, or lower
resolution on some of the less powerful devices and relatively
stutter free. The resolution on iOS is set individually per
device model and is balanced to be as high as it can while still
maintaining a smooth framerate.
We don't handle the sales of the game ourselves and can't issue
refunds from here. You will have to request a refund from Apple
via the
Report A Problem Page.
